The Lafayette County Commission will be holding a regular scheduled meeting on Monday, August 22, 2016 starting at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the County Commissioner’s Meeting Room at the Lafayette County Courthouse in Mayo, Florida. Listed below is an agenda for the meeting.

2. Invocation and pledge to the flag.
3. Resolution No. PZ/LPA CPA 16-01.
4. Resolution No. PZ/LPA LDR 16-01.
5. Adjourn the Planning and Zoning Board meeting.

BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS MEETING:

1. Open the Board of Adjustments meeting.
2. Resolution No. SE 16-02 – a petition by Mary Solik as agent for Cory & Virginia Buchanan to build a Telecommunication Tower.
3. Adjourn the Board of Adjustments meeting.

BOARD OF COUNTY COMMSSIONERS:

1. Open the Board of County Commissioners meeting.
2. Approve the minutes.
3. Requests and comments from the community.
4. Department Heads:
A) Marcus Calhoun – Maintenance.
B) Scott Sadler – Public Works.
C) Bobby Johnson – Building/Zoning.
D) Marty Tompkins – EMS.
E) Jana Hart – Extension Office.
5. CPA 16-01 for Agri-Metal Supply, Inc.
6. LDR 16-01 for Agri-Metal Supply, Inc.
7. Approve the SHIP Annual Report.
8. Public Hearing – vacate lots 3 and 4 of block B in Pickett Lake Meadows Subdivision.
9. Approve the Memorandum of Understanding with the Suwannee River Water Management District for cost share assistance for the Roosevelt Circle Project.
